If you are ready to take a spectacular vacation with family or friends, this is your ultimate beach getaway. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. There is a cleaning fee of USD 100.00 plus tax. Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 10am. Please check-in at the on-site rental office of Hidden Dunes. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. A packet for you will be left with security at the front entrance of the property. However, please call ahead at 1-877-377-7707 to notify the office that you will be arriving after office hours. The security/Damage Deposit policy is as follows. A USD 300.00 deposit is required. This deposit is refundable within 14-21 days after departure, providing there has been no damage to the unit or its contents, all garbage has been placed in outside container, dirty dishes are placed in dishwasher and cleaned, and all keys and armbands have been returned to the rental office. All condos are non-smoking. If you smoke in the unit, your security deposit will not be returned. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. |
