After a long day at the beach, relax in the Jacuzzi tub located in the master bathroom. As if the rooms and the view were not enough, every unit comes with complimentary beach service daily. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. If guest does not meet age requirement then guest will not be permitted to go further onto property. Guests will also be asked to pay cleaning fee and security deposit before room keys will be given out. Please note the following fees due at check-in-Cleaning fee USD 134.53, Registration fee USD 16.82, security deposit- Guest has a choice between a USD 40.00 Limited Damage waiver fee that is nonrefundable but covers room up to USD 2000.00 worth of reported damages, or a USD 250.00 refundable one.
